the manner of inquires

‪ Today I learned some manners of inquiries from my teacher. ‬
‪I fully understood the risks of expressions that use justice as a weapon with his hard experience.‬

some people ,especially beginner tends to express like pursue a failure.

a student says if anyone hasn't been seemed to fix the problem ,can he accuse it with these strong languages？

"You don't want to use that expression, at least I don't, because it's easy to break relationships with it." the teacher said sadly. I thought that too.

You can think of this, he might have been busy or he might not be able to afford response .

For such a situation,anyone can blame him ？

There is no difference witch langage the way of communicate with human.
